Brakes and Clutch Question

Brakes and Clutch Question
I just got my SS/TC and the previous owner gave me a new master cylinder with the car (OEM) because GM said the one in the car was letting fluid pass the seal. The brakes would need to be pumped a little when you first got into the car.
I put the new MC in and my buddy and I bled out everything properly. Car was perfectly fine when we finished last night. This morning the brakes and clutch didn't feel right again, they are squishy until I pump them up.
Thoughts?
Anyone else have something like this?

Squishy means air in the system. No way around it. Gotta get the air out. There is probably somebody on this site that can give you the best way of doing that. I used a Motive pressure bleeder when I replaced my brake fluid and it made the job cake, but I didn't break in to the system.

Vacuum bleeder was acquired.
The clutch bled out a lot and is now pretty firm. The engagement still seems off though. It is a KY stage 3 and the engagement is only about 2" from resting; after that it is just dead pedal travel that is pretty firm now. This the normal spot for this clutch?
The brakes firmed up as well, but they are still not right. Can I vacuum bleed them the same way I did the clutch?
They grab normal and have great pedal feel except immediately after a pull (then I have to give them a couple pumps) or right when I start the car. Normal driving = normal brakes. After start up or post pull = pedal travel almost to the floor.....

Term emailed me and told me that.
I wonder if I can get just that valve or if it is part of the booster assembly.
The other thing the car does with the brakes:
When you are idling if you hold or pump the brakes you can watch the AFRs drop to 18 progressively and the motor starts trying to stall.
IDK wtf the previous owner did to this car but the hydraulics and shifter are fucked.
Just spent half an hour dicking with the BPS because they used the stupid clamps and shewed up the cables. It is also not installed right and ate away the reverse guide. Ugh. I forgot how much I hate other peoples projects.

Holding them shouldn't do it tho. Sounds like your booster may be screwed.

I have vacuum bled the KY about a dozen times now with a vacuum pump at 28in/hg.
There has to be an issue with the PP or the TOB. The pedal peels so much better, but it grinds reverse and the clutch is still notchy when it engages.
The brakes, yes. In sequence and manual bleed. No air.

I am going to replace the check valve. A little is normal, but I can stall the car if I pump and hold the brakes quick enough. That cant be normal.
As for the clutch.
If I put the clutch down to the floor and then the car into gear it makes a jackhammer pace clicking noise. This only happen in gear if I push the clutch all the way down. It does not happen in neutral. Ideas on why?
