As of now 9-5-2013, still having the problem. Happens even when the car isn't running, just in the "ON" position. Thoughts?

Well, it's affecting everything, so it's not the crank sensor, wheel speed sensors, etc. If you monitor/log the car, does it still show this stuff happening in the log?

If the log doesn't show this stuff happening, then it could be the gauge cluster or cluster wiring.

If the log does show this stuff happening (which seeing what it's doing, it's probably not the gauge cluster) then that really could only mean two things:
- A wiring short in the car's data bus or connector that's getting intermittent connection
- Body Control Module is going out

I don't know enough about the non-SS/TC wiring and data bus to suggest much more than that.

Hey, my 2010 gave a U0073 error as well, and is behaving similar to trentonwayne's video.

I didn't see any concrete solutions posted (I tried unplugging the battery and it only temporarily fixes the problem), but I found this Service Bulletin which sounds relevant:

https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/acms/c...43829-6448.pdf

Good luck!
