Crank Case Vent Hose

So it may be a common thing for this to break on the LNF. I'm ordering a new one from gmpartsdirect. My question is can I replace this part myself? I have a K&N SRI ready to replace the stock intake. But from what I can see, I'm not sure if I can just uninstall the old hose. What would I need to do to replace it?

Any help would be great. Thanks

You're saying you broke off the plastic nipple, off the stock intake? If so, you don't need a new hose. The K&N will have the nipple on it. Just remove the broken piece from the hose-end and connect the hose to your new intake.

We still don't understand what is broken on the hose. Can you take a pic? If you want to fix your stock intake, PM interviewatruins. He has a HOW-TO on fixing that broken piece and how to get girls.

That old hose don't look right. Should it not be the straight one from ced, without the 90 degree bend at end where it connects to valve cover?
