I just installed my kit in about 25 minutes. The install manual on TWM's site ( http://www.twmperformance.com/manual...all-manual.pdf ) was very helpful. Steps 1-6 and 34-40 did the trick. I used a 13mm socket, an extension, a ratchet, and a pair of needle nose. The only bad part was when i dropped a nut down under the carpet inside where the wiring harness runs down the passenger side of the shifter assembly(picture on step 34). That was 10 minutes I'll never get back, but i finally grabbed the little bastard and got it in the right place.
Maybe it's just in my head but the shifts do feel a lot more solid/firm than before with the rubber bushings. And for only $20 + $10 shipping (Harsh) from genuinesaab.com it was well worth it.
