Speaking of the 9-3, are there any known turbo upgrade kits that work with it to bring its performance a bit closer to the LNF? I doubt an LSJ turbo kit would be workable without significant modification, if at all.

BSR Tune, MPPerformance, Nordic, couple of others...
My car is BSR'ed, plus a couple of other things, good for about 275hp and 300lb/ft. Enough to make my clutch pretty upset.

Do you mean taking a saab turbo kit and using it on an LSJ? Or turboing an LSJ period? There are a few turbo kits out for the LSJ already, look up hahn's website.

What I meant was taking a Saab 9-3 and putting a better turbo on it.

Custom tuning to support this is not available. Tunes available for the T8 at this point are canned.

Yeah more tuning is available for the Trionic 5, and 7 ignition systems. Another cool things about Saabs is their ability to adjust accordingly to the OCT rating. The T7 system is more advanced than the 5, and the EBC is much easier to Tune. I Upgraded my Turbo in my 02 2.0T SE to a 20G, and had a nordic tune, then got a jack stoll tune. The turbo they use in the big T models is like a TDO4-15/16G. They are also roll monsters. I never had traction in the 1st 2 long gears, but when I got it, the car was a monster on the hwy. I ran it once on the dragstrip at darlington dragway, in darlington SC, 11.8@128MPH. (Yeah not very good traction, and this was on my Falken Azenis 512's.)

If you need any help or tips shoot me an email. Also Jack Stoll can turn about any saab into a monster with time and tuning, and of course $$$.
