ZZP Dyno Tuning
Has anyone done this yet? i've been tossing around the idea, seeing how i'm going to eventually get an intake, IC, pipes etc etc and i've already got the 3" catless DP...
I am wondering what all they "are up to do" when they are doing this? i was thinking about changing injector seals and getting them to also tune for E85 or whatever since a pretty good amount of places between home and work have pumps for it.. so might as well...
pretty much, do they use HPT, will they do "specialty" things E, cat warm up delete, etc etc things like that

im making the 7.5 hour drive over there from NY in a couple weeks. Wanted a tune in person and not from someone i dont know over the internet. Some peace of mind especially bc the cobalt is my DD in the summer months. Worth it IMO

What's it run? Chances are everything but the 3bar sensors would be installed prior..... seeing how from what I've read they make it run like junk without gms1 or a tune at all.....

ZZP does a great job. Matt M is the man.
They don't run bad w/o the 3 bar MAP sensor, it just won't read boost over 23.5PSI.
I don't have them installed, but my tune with ZZP is great.
One thing to note: the 3 bar MAP sensors need to be tuned for, according to ZZP's website.

yeah i know the sensors need to be tuned for, thats why i was wondering if anyone knows the cost they'd charge to add them on.... eh who knows...
pretty much i'd like it to go like this
Dyno before anything - Baseline
Dyno after a tune is applied/adjusted to reliable/"safe" parameters - Normal power output
Dyno after E has been added(while running E of course) - High End output
so that the gains are actually on paper vs just a feeling of "oh yeah it feels faster/more powerful" hah

I just went yesterday to get tuned for E85! I was there a couple months ago and got tuned with intake, charge pipe, 3" zzp catless downpipe, and it dynoed at 293whp 333ft-lbs after E85 witch i got stock cam with upgraded fuel lobe it dynoed at 316whp 340ft-lbs! I was hoping for higher numbers but its better than before

i'd say absolutely...
call me crazy, but i would like to have reliable numbers like these
300-320hp on 93 or whatever premium is..
320-350hp on E85 yep
With intake, pipes, downpipe, IC, and well i think thats it pertaining to any sort of HP gain..

I was dyno tuned without a 3 bar, and did pretty well. All i have is an Intake/Exhaust, no other mods and i got 280/285 to the wheels.
