P0016 Crankshaft Position

P0016 Crankshaft Position - Crankshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor A

Eny body seen that errer before??
My care spit out its 1st CEL the other day and thats what it told me.. when I fisrt saw the light I check my airfilter to find the rubber boot on the Injen airfilter was torn and I may hav been sucking Sh|t up the pipe... could that be the cause?

may just be that the crankshaft position sensor needs to be relearned

Sounds like you should try a Crankcase Learn.

I have only seen this error on cars with improperly installed cams, or those that swap computers with another car. Weird that yours would throw a code like that.

Ya I thought it was odd aswell.... I have no internal mods and allways go to the same dealer... Is there a way i can do the Crankase lear myself?

No, but your dealer can do it in 5 minutes with a Tech2 and a CanDi Module.
