cavalier, sunfire, geo metro, geo storm, anything you want really. I would go with a cavalier if I was going to do that though. They are lighter than the cobalt and the z24's and what not look pretty nice.

True..I just assumed because of the size they were light..my bad. My buddy has one with the 3.8 supercharged engine in it, I've yet to see it rip but i'm sure it is deadly.

Do an old VW Bug. They make the tranny adapter kits for the Ecotec, and at 1800lbs you can't go wrong! Or you could drop it into a 01-05 Cavalier that had a regular Ecotec in it, since that would be an easy swap.
