2010 LNF won't start after f40 install
Hello all I've been researching and trouble shooting for about a week now but I have yet to find a solution.
I have a 2010 cobalt SS TC with 68k miles and a few mild mods such as bolt ons and trifecta. I broke 3rd gear in the car so to alleviate the problem I decided to go Saab 9-3 2008 f40. On the first install I was able to start the car as normal and drive but the clutch was not disengaging properly. I bought a new TOB and a zzp spacer and installed both. Now the car will not start. It turns over slow for about 3 seconds and then fast. I charged the battery, traded the battery for a well known good battery, double checked my two grounds on the trans for a good connection, checked my positives on the fusebox, changed my plugs and gapped the new NGK LTR6*** iridium's (I can't remember the exact correct code but it was the same that were in it.) to .032, tried pumping the throttle while turning the engine and all that did was slow the engine. I have a friend who is a mechanic with his own shop willing to help next week but I'd prefer to figure it out.
Also a side note. IDK if I am not bleeding the TOB correctly or something but I'm getting no air through the bleed screw on the top of the transmission however if I put it in gear with the clutch pedal pressed, the car will not roll. Idk if this has anything to do with it but I've had a car without the clutch sensor connected before and it would start just fine.
If you watch in the video my voltage drops pretty low. I didn't get it in the video but before attempting to start the car it was a high 14.* Volts.
I tried to embed the video but this is the best I could figure out how to do.

Ok, I'm check them again tomorrow when it's daylight. I can say it's consistent in doing this. If it's a loose ground I would have thought by now it would have not turned over a couple times just like a loose battery terminal. I have to just be missing something little. I ran the speed sensor and extension and made sure to plug it all up.

I had a starter go out on my crane and it would work then it wouldn't but it cranked slow then would crank fast so anyways solenoid was dragging and causing the intermediate starting issues but I'm not saying that's the problem

When u put in the tob, make sure u prime it first, as in hook up the fluid pipe to trans, then stock other end. Into a bottle of fluid , press in the tob a few time and when u let go it will suck in fluid and full itself. Then you install pipe back on car. Its easier if u have an extra pipe. Then u just need to open bleed screw a little and press maybe one or 2 times and ull be good. As for ur starting issue , almost seems like ur starter isn't engaging engaging flywheel right. Make sure it's bolted in proper.and all connections are tight
