an error on my part though was made. the cost for the wheel is $399, not $350. i apologize.

Fully built, full bolt on, with my own hp tuners, access to a dyno, and stock turbo laying around waiting to get sent in.

they will make any wheel iirc. gains cannot be guaranteed but all they need is someone to send in a wheel and people willing to purchase afterwards.

As long as your compressions the same forged pistons ain't matter. And I think ill give them a call and ask about the batmowheel for my bnr. That has potential to be beastly.

Out of curiosity, if the wheel is a direct replacement, would we have to get the turbo rebalanced and all that?

yes i got it. if you'd like. we can use your car for the bolt on part. as long as you can get a dyno on a stock ko4 and pump gas, and then the batmowheel and pump gas.

this would be interesting..

I do have a spare turbo.. if someone wants to buy it .. canibalize it .. send them the wheel .. technically you should sell the exhaust side for someone wanting to go the bnr route\

as I said to ex..

since i've had the stock turbo, now the BNR then the potential at a k04 batmo.. even though im running a 2.4 the only thing it will do is stress test the turbo more ( ie run out of breath sooner) the stock turbo was like an NA v8 lol smash with trq but cant rev too high lol the BNR definitely holds boost/ power much better then the stock turbo .. I would be interested in how it would perform and depending on all specs if nothing else would be interested in a batmo 2871 setup .. that might be something thats huge for me.. esp for 350 .. but i'm not tearing down my current turbo .. i mean **** .. if i sent them my busted one.. they sent it back.. with the wheel installed i could install that then send them my bnr to try the same thing with .. if they work out then there would be 2 product lines

My bnr isn't installed yet, but if I can send it out and get it back with a batmowheel and everything is done right, it would make for an even better upgrade. Possibly well into the 400whp range capable.

yea I was just figuring one at a time.. send the stock turbo out cuz i have that sitting around.. i'll get dyno numbers with the bnr while i'm waiting then when i get it back dyno with the batmok04

yes. which is why if someone wants to be the test car and doesn't have a shop close by who can balance turbos. i suggest sending in your whole turbo to BEP. that way they can also do test fitting when producing the batmowheel instead of just having a wheel to go off of and not able to make small adjustments

if people want to cover shipping of the turbo to BEP i will send my old busted turbo to them and it can get fully assembled .. better to have it done by them the first time anyway

i understand the concern of doing the first fitment on a 2.4 instead of lnf

alright guys heres whats going on. FF_ace already has numbers on bolted setup, stock ko4, on e47.

we decided to go ahead and use his car for the bolt ons as he has everything ready to go and tuning, dyno will be done quickly. yes his car is on e47, but if he sees gains, everyone will.

we are still looking for someone to test it out on a completely stock setup.

I have an observation that I noticed that could give you weak results Exsoccer. On the
K04+ Turbo I saw in person it had quite a bit of a porting job done on the exhaust side while on the BNR 2860 Turbo that had weak if any gains there was no exhaust side porting. Just thought I should mention that to you.

the whole concept behind the batmowheel is that it provides more surface area due to its shape....thus having the flow of a larger wheel

Well the BNR 2860 has a much bigger wheel than the KO4+ and w/o the exhaust side porting like the k04+ has the 2860 showed hadly any gains at all. I guess you would have to have seen the exhaust side of a k04+ to know what I mean. Vahydx do you still have you'rs perhaps take a pic of the exhaust side?
