Part of it could be from the shitastic quality gas that we have where I live. I know it's supposed to be regulated but 93 where I live is not good fuel at all. Anywhere else I go is fine
Did you ever think of doing the 2gph in the manifold and a nother single in the cold sipe? That would be the best of both worlds!

I considered it but read that people had had problems with puddling around the throttle body when doing it that way. Originally I was going to just do a tb spacer or nozzles in the pipe but after reading some other people's past experiences is what made me do it the way I did. The only time there's a problem is if I set the meth too low, it bogs way down and goes too rich but it's doing good where it's at now

I think for puddling you would have to be running a lot of meth or have it not spraying right because it is going up into the airstream

I just read a lot of posts saying that the tb spacer byt made caused a lot of puddling issues so I didn't want to risk it. Plus I wanted to ensure that I had equal distribution to all cylinders. Another setup I saw after I did mind was somebody put 2 bungs (1 on each side of the purge solenoid) in the manifold. My one question has always been, with boost pushing back against the meth nozzles, how much do they actually flow compared to their rating?

I have a flow gauge and have turned up my pump pressure and i flow well over the 475cc nozzle size. I would turn up your pressure too and go to a smaller nozzle to make sure you get even flow to all 4 nozzles

I've got an AIS kit which I think is set at 250 psi. As far as even flow, I made sure all lines are the same length and it appeared to me to flow evenly when the manifold was off the car. I check my nozzles also to make sure I never have a clogged one and so far so good.

I'd ask the what the pump is set at from the factory because I think it's a "250psi" pump but set at "X" from factory. I was just wondering if the last nozzle on the manifold ould see less pressure so less flow. Also the closer to the cylinder the nozzle is the higher pressure you want to make sure you have proper atomization

Now that you said that I think it is set at 200 at the factory and my nozzles are set up in a t system instead of a rail with them all being on the same line. I have a "tee" the goes to 2 check valves, then those check valves each go to a "tee" which splits into 2 nozzles.

Ya OK so any drop you have should be even between all the nozzles. Maybe you'll get the same flow but better efficiency with a smaller nozzle size more pressure and max out the controller. I'm tuning all this weekend getting ready for my dyno so i'm gonna play with nozzle sizes and pressure

I'm thinking of switching to a manifold injection at 1-2gph nozzles then the rest from my coldpipe nozzle.

If nozzles weren't so expensive, I'd definitely experiment to see what the best way to go was. But at $20 a piece, I'll just keep them set how they are unless there's a problem. I don't foresee any but you never know. I am interested to see how well the meth helps at keeping the valves clean

Term said he worked on a LNF running meth and they looked new. I didn't run meth all winter so when I got my new pump I ran 50% water because it's the water that I heard steam cleans the engine

I'm pretty sure its about everybody waiting for me to fix my car and then get it dynoed so they can decide if they want to buy the turbo or not. Btw my intercooler is on it's way to my house now it's not in my hands yet but should be getting installed tonight.

I always run 50/50 water/meth
