Wouldnt this make them very difficult to install into the car? I can see them rocking somewhat when doing a normal install and breaking. I guess I'm getting a new set come black friday.

No, they come already in the rail, so unless ur a total clutzilla, just put them in the holes and bolt em down. Shouldnt have a problem with them breaking

Honestly its very possible some get brand spanking new Opels with tips broken off when you consider how they could've been packaged/handled before you received them...

Fwiw I had no problem pulling my stock 2010 injectors off the rail without breaking them btw. And thats using two large flathead screwdrivers. Just have to make sure it comes out straight.

Also 2010 injectors AND rail assembly are the EXACT same design as opel injectors including the black Ethanol safe tip seals and the breakable blue tip. The only difference is the injector part #. A new injector with the breakable tip won't fit in 08-09 rails. I am curious as to why the rail was designed differently as far as rail to injector fuel delivery. The 08-09 assemblies appear to have the ability to flow more because the injector inlet is bigger as well as the rail hole. Anyone an expert in fluid flow dynamics?
