Sup guys, here is my little build I have been setting up. I felt that now would be a good time for a thread. I would like any suggestions or anything I will need for the upgrade as I might have forgotten.

I currently have K&N Short Ram Intake, Badmab 3" catless downpipe, no muffler straight pipe. CX racing 600hp Intercooler kit. Canuck motorsport springs. Trifecta tune 23 PSI.

In this build I will be adding:
Ky stage 3 clutch kit
ZZP front and rear transmission mounts
245/40/18 Nt05's for traction (Any other recommendations?)
Last but not least, the ZFR 6758 turbo kit.

It will be tuned on 91 octane by James Rakes with HP Tuners. I'm aiming for 420-450 whp on pump gas stock motor. Don't know if I will be building motor yet. I know I will be looking for a transmission with LSD in the near future.

I have already gotten the KY stage 3 clutch.



Thursday I will receive the following from Crate Engine Depot.



VCM suite will be here on Friday.

Saturday I Should have the KY stage 3 clutch installed. When James comes back from vacation, I will have him give me a little preview of his k04 tune while I break in the clutch.

I should have the turbo installed and tuned by beginning of August. I will be going on vacation sometime then as well so hopefully it's all done before then!

 

450whp on 91 eh?? Hmmm...

Your build looks pretty sound though. Just take it easy and be prepared for the trans to go. Please post vids and pics of everything!

Well, I'm hoping for 450 at the highest. I doubt I'll hit that. I mean if you can hit 400whp with the s20g on 91. Anything is possible haha.

Yeah, unfortunately it's prone to happening. As I stated I will be looking for LSD trans in the near future haha.

Thanks man, I hope I don't have to settle for a new transmission anytime soon. We all know it will eventually happen. That's the next thing to save up for haha.

I know man :/ . I was scared to post this thread up because some people might go attacking ZZP and be like WTF!? why does he get one and we don't lol. I honestly have to say ZZP is coming through very well. Customer service is top notch!

meh, I'm not trippen. The turbo is coming to my house which is not shown. That address from CED is gong to my buddies performance shop. If you go there you'd want other things in the store instead lol. Trust.

 

Update: In the package today I received Borgwarner EFR 6758 turbo kit, 8 OEM flywheel bolts, front and rear transmission mounts.














Tomorrow I will receive the rest of the parts. I will take a full photo of everything tomorrow too. Saturday I should be getting my clutch installed and hopefully figure out what's up with my axle. The project is moving, slowly but surely. I'm ready to rape.

Not even sure to be honest. I know zzp hit 540 whp with cams and 5th injector on e85. I'm just looking for 450 whp or so.
