Downstream O2 Sensor & Radiator Questions

Alright so my downstream O2 sensor keeps giving me a cel. The exhaust is currently stock and has not been modified. I had the sensor replaced with a brand new one and the cel went away for a little but is back again. Any thoughts on what could be causing it?

Additionally, I was looking at my radiator the other day and it has the ability to move back and forth quite a bit. Are there supposed to be any other insulators that fit over that piece in the below picture to keep it steady? Basically the little tube in the middle moves back and forth between the rubber mount. If so, do you know where I can find them?

In for answers on the 02 sensor i have the same issues
Youre fine with the radiator, check the bottom to make sure you arent missing the rubber isolators there. If it bothers you just wrap the posts with a bunch of electric tape but its nothing to worry about.

Trace the wires up along the car mine did the same thing found a wire that had shorted to ground fixed it never happened again put some loom on it too. Thats a hight heat area breaks down the wire covering after awhile. Good luck happy electrical hunting.
