Help With Sensor (MAP?)

So looking around the engine bay to find hoses to replace and what not, my brother came across this sensor (look below). We think it might be a MAP sensor, but we're not sure. Anyway, there's a little nipple on the bottom of the first one (left) and another on the second right (right). Is there a hose supposed to be connected from one to the other? Or even maybe a hose from either going somewhere else? If someone knows or could go look at their engine bay for me, I'd <3 you.

That nipple is supposed to have a piece of foam on it that's all. You're showing your baro sensor.

Map is on the left side of the engine.

Well wait a minute.... is there supposed to be a hose from the bottom of the baro going to something specific? mine has a hose on the bottom connected to a T connector which connects to the rest of the vacuum hoses. I have been trying to find out why mine has a T connector and no other engine bay ive been looking at, has a T connector. Just trying to find out this mystery. I feel like the last person who touched these hoses just came up with a "quick fix" since i havnt seen this T connector in that spot under anyone elses hood.

the baro is supposed to be open to atmosphere, nothing hooks to it. the point of it is so the ecm can correct for barometric pressure as your driving. if its hooked to vacuum it will cause issues.

Yea that pic shows the weird clips that block them or clamp them. Just the first one has the hose right next to it. Looks like its right from the pics. Are you getting any issues or errors, just wondering what you mean by fixing or repairing?
