Le Riceburners OFFICIAL Build Thread

The one to end them all.

Figured 'potential mini build list' thread was no longer just potential. So I fixed that ****.

Ok! As some of yall may know, I've been gathering parts for the last couple months to do a head + cams build and a valvetrain refresh.

For those who are unfamiliar with my car, here's last years featured car of the month that I won, because my car is the best ever

https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/feat...-fcotm-291116/

Minus this, that and the other thing, nothing has changed too drastically.

Heres my current list of parts under the hood/trans

OK, so now here's the list of parts going on the car in the next couple of weeks

So the plan is this:

The car is in storage in my buddys garage. We have space there to work on our cars. We plan to lift the car up there to drop the cradle and go from there. Hoping to start next weekend, and be done a few weekends after that, and dyno tuning at Pwerks by march.

I still need new valves. Perhaps supertech valves. Otherwise… that’s about it!

Stay tuned and thanks for looking!

Big thanks to everyone that has helped me so far too!
