LSJ Cylinder Head PN 07012309? 40430709?

Just got a cylinder head and want to confirm that it goes to the LSJ motor. The part numbers that are machined into the head are:
07012309
40430709

In a different location there is
WRF
O F

and finally in another location is 16-01-07 16:13
I'm assuming this is a date stamp Jan 15 2007 the maybe 4:13 PM

How do I confirm this is an LSJ head?
thanks
Dean

post a couple pics.

the lsj head and saab turbo head are very similar. both are sand cast heads without vvt and provisions for a cam sensor housing on the exhaust cam. the 2.2 and 2.4 heads are lost foam cast, and the lnf head has direct injection.

It looks to be an Lsj, but the intake studs aren't correct. The 2 in the center should be longer
