according to tim at zzp all engines they build gets the key way extended

you need to remove the dampener from the hub before heating it if not you will ruin the dampener

Interesting. Strange why they don't recommend it or push doing it to customers. Nor mention it in their Forged motor description.

The keyway should be cut right to the end of the crankshaft if it is extended. So if you just look at the end of the crank it should be easily noticeable. Next time you're down there haha.

I wish it was 10*. It was 28 yesterday for a bit, but got cold again and all last week and most of this week it never even got to 0* for a high. Had -24 a few mornings with a windchill of -50*. Thats just cold lol

My shifter has never frozen up. And she starts every day in the -20* weather on E85

Slow shifting till she's up to temp. Then after that it's just like driving a brick lol
