That manifold looks almost identical to the one I have, and I don't think that tb will work.. looks like cable.

the one i have on it now is cable yes, but the fly by wire gm truck tb is the same mounting flange, i didnt see you had a manifold in the pictures in your garage,
a big part of making power that big is getting the air in, i reccomend going bigger on your tb harmonics and valvetrain are very important too dont get me wrong.

Please stop, the OP didnt ever ask about purchasing ppls parts, he wanted a discussion about building fuel systems to handle 600whp on a turbo LSJ. If you want to sell parts, keep it in the classifieds section.

That was fast! lol

yea if you delete evap then you only need about 4 ft of hose, a regulator and a handful of fittings SCcobaltSS and I built each of ours for around $150, his dad was able to machine the fuel rail end fitting for his which saved even more money.

So your regulator is on the end of the fuel rail? Whats everyones thoughts of running a -8an size fuel line?

yep attached directly to the end of the rail, but that is where I wanted, I couldve easily mounted it to the firewall and ran a line from the rail fitting to it.

Just gotta figure out the math on it, Gotta remember that by increasing the line size, you may increase volume but you decrease pressure. and you have to have the proper size return line as if it is too small then you wont feed back quickly enough thatll keep the regulator from doing its job and may cause crazy high pressure.

Yeah I heard you can use the evap line as the return line so I'll probably do that. As for the increased fuel line size, it was just an idea jolly brought up to me.. may be a good idea in the future but for now stock size will do.

2.5" compressor outlet to a 4" tb...
Seems legit

As far as fuel line... Look at the size of the injector nozzles. The actual outlet. Imagine that x4. Compare to a -6.
Oh yeah. It's plenty.

Once you're applying boost to the tb it's best to relive it anyway.

I still haven't decided what cams I wanna go with. Custom from comp seems like a pain because I don't know what specs to tell them, and I don't know how to use adjustable cam gears.
As for zzp cams, I don't know if I would want stage 2 or 3 reverse split. I want the car to still be DD friendly.. hmmm
