Releasing belt tensioner 2.0 help

Ok now that i got a easy way to change my pulleys out with out have to take the supercharger out i want to find a easy way to loosen the belt. The only way i know how is to pry the tensioner down but there has to be an easier way. The service manual says "Using an open end wrench, rotate the drive belt tensioner counter clockwise to release the spring tension". Where the heck does the open end wrench go???? Anyone have any idea or know how to make this work with prying on it?

I think there is a black thing that you can put the open end wrench on. It is behind the pulley on the top of the tensioner. I tried using it that way but the wrench would not grab it good enough. It just kept slipping off. I think that is the part they are talking about. It is really hard to explain where it is. Let me know if you can't find it and maybe I can post a picture for you.

Oh yeah...I am just prying down like you are. That seems to be the easiest way.

OK ok, i have been reading and searching, i've found the answer. The stock tensioner has a square piece like you said Black that a open end wrench can go on. Now anyone with an aftermarket tensioner ours do not have this, kinda disappointing but i guess too bad for us. Does anyone know of one that does have one of these spots for releasing it?

Oh and it takes a 15MM open end wrench for the stock tensioner.
