Clutch issues

Recently got my car running again after all the damn recalls and one rotton to hell fuel line I was shocked!!! Right where it goes into the fuel filter...

Anyways I was bleeding my clutch slowly and once it got hard and all the air was out we started the car, she fired right up let it run for A few mins sense it's been 3 yrs got in the car after a bit and tried to put it into gear and clutch pedal was rock hard, go out let bleeder screw loose pedal goes to floor have no idea what's going on.. Is it in the tranny it's a new throw out Bering about year and half ago when I replaced flywheel bolts and welded turbo manifold up

Please some one help
