Right spark plug? T0.1

Hi all! This is my first thread. I'm thinking about replacing the spark plugs on my Cobalt LS/Base 2.2L but not sure what to get! I did a ton of research online and on this site but still can't decide whether I should go with the OEM (GM Part # 12569190) or get something better from AC Delco or NGK. I found these two on the NGK website but not sure what is better: LTR5IX-11 or ILTR5C11. Also, Do you recommend Hot or cold plugs? Thanks!
