Yeah I couldn't find one at the manifold. I haven't seen any smoke. ZZP was asking me to do data logs for them and they could fix it, but since I don't really have any way to it would be almost the same price to get a custom dyno tune as it would be to buy hptuners and pay someone to tune me

At least you have more options than us 05-06! I am at Trifecta's mercy.

This is true lol I just feel like I keep spending money to try and fix random things now and if it was just the tune it would have been a waste

You could buy hptuners and send them the logs for them to fix

This is also true, but if I was gonna get hptuners I would just get a real tune. Idk I'll figure it out. Do you think a fuel filter could cause this? I have had the car for 20k but have no idea if/when it was changed before that

a wideband should be the first thing on anyones list imo. but a fuel filter is cheap as hell, and wont hurt to change it regardless

Well before that mishap on my short highway drive I got better gas mileage than stock at highway speeds and it was nice to have some passing power. However now I'm much closer to going back to stock if something like this is going to happen

I think I found the source of my problems and I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I think it was the connection going into the throttle body. I pushed it in more and the idle is better and no stuttering at wot. It still hesitates a little but that could be my mixed fuels it feels similar to having bad gas in it

Lol I'd laugh because at least it was something small and just human error. Things happen. Now you have a bad ass balt.

Okay I've been gone for a while (family stuff, spring break, etc.) but I'm still having a couple tune issues so today I installed an aem wideband to see what's going on. I haven't actually driven with yet though. I put it in the little coin compartment thing because I didn't feel like buying another gauge pod. The install was pretty easy since I already had the extra bung for it.

I also put my old steering wheel back on since the dealer or another shop couldn't get the cruise to work

I like the incognito guage location. Let us know what your fueling is doing when you get a chance to drive.

So at wot the pcm just says "dump all teh fuel" and it bottoms out my wideband at 10.0 and I assume it's lower lol. How do you even tune it like that. Also sometimes the fuel cuts in and out while decelerating making it jerk. So it's all in the tune
Edit: I should mention that the afrs are normal everywhere else which makes it particularly weird

afrs are normal at cruise due to the trims making up for the canned tune. only way to make it better is log and have them send a revision

After checking out some prices and comparing with hptuners plus tune I'm probably going with a dyno tune from lsx power tuning since they are 20 min from me. ZZP is still trying to tell me it's a hardware issue so I'm giving up on their help

There are respectable cobalt tuners in texas. Look for mad scientist performance.

The fins look a lot worse than they are the light was shining right on them.
My bumper had to stretch over it to fit and now fits even worse than stock lol

I had to notch my front bumper to get my ZZP heat exchanger to fit. Still trying to figure out a decent solution for the bumper wind dam because it doesn't fit at all with that HE.
