First of all, your intake isn't "*******" with your traction control, that is a different problem all together. Also its CEL not CED. CED is a supporting vendor on here which is where i bought my TC grill...very good vendor BTW..anyway, Get someone with hp tuners to clear and delete the code. Problem solved.

Yes the intake is "*******" with the traction control because i have been through this and it has something to do with the MAF sensor......put the stock intake back on and it will go back to normal.........just dont ask me why it happens because it is a close guarded secret by chevy apparently......lol

silly boys and your automatic toys.... I'm so glad I didn't have any problems when I got my intake installed. Just get a tune and it will go away..... Or the cheaper way of getting it cleared (as mkulrey said)

First thing to try is disconnect the - terminal of the battery and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. The ECU will take a little while to readjust itself for timing and whatnot. If it comes back on a few drives after that, I think your only options are ignoring it, deleting the code with HP tuners, or getting a different CAI. I had a Fujita CAI which threw a code, but when I switched to an Injen a year ago and haven't had a problem since. Two NYS inspections and no problem.

the GMPP intake should not throw any codes or cause any problems. You installed it wrong, or messed with something you shouldn't have. Clean off the MAF sensor and unplug the battery and see if that helps.

And why would you complain that your traction control isnt working? I hate it!
