LE5 Tuning
So I've finally started tuning my LE5. I have had my LNF apart for a bit now so I decided to play around with my other car. I have only done 2 tunes / logs so far and already it has picked up a lot of torque and throttle response so I am very happy. I believe I have also gained a bit of power up top but it's so slow anyways it's really hard to tell. I was hoping to have an intake on it as well for this process but I couldn't get one delivered before I was to leave for my trip. I'm not looking for much out of this just wanted to start tuning LE5s and gain a bit of power from my DD. I will be doing the tune on Jon's GTX3076r LSJ in the spring but that is quite some time away.

I did the torque tables doing MAF and AFR currently then I'll be moving on to timing and cam tables. I need to build and improve on my scanner too.

All the ones that limit the car down low.

I was just curious because I have hptuners arriving today and I wasn't sure how much I could really do with AFR and a narrow band. My car is all stock also, I want to mess around with some tables to get the feel of it before I get the SC together.

I'm happy with my results so far. I'm back home visiting so I dont have a ton of time to work on it but for now it's a noticeable improvement

If you're stock, there's not a ton to be had from VVT tuning. But if you want to try, make small changes and do lots of logging between to see if you are helping or hurting. It's fairly good for an all stock engine.

Just turned off LTFTs to dial it in a bit. I haven't had much time to work on it so far but I'm happy with it so far

I think the massive amount of acceleration affects them!
