Mobil 1, Valvoline synpower or Pennzoil platinum

Oil change is coming up for my cobalt, and im wondering which oil you guys would recommend. These days, im always hearing about how mobil 1 has gone down hill with their oil and that everyone loves the new pennzoil platinum and i hear good things about the valvoline synpower.

Anyone have a take on this? The car is taken to the drag strip every few weeks for a few passes and its stock.

I've run all 3 in my SS/SC and haven't noticed a difference. Hell, just got a deal on Valvoline 5 quarts + filter for $25, 1 more quart from walmart for $6, and hell first under $45 oil change!
