I think it looks worse than the cobalt ss. And it will be FWD, lol you really think Chevy would make something like this AWD/RWD?
Also, if you already own a cobalt SS wouldn't you want your next car to actually be an upgrade?

i don't think it would look anything like the renderings.. the Cruze looks aggressive as it is.. I can realistically see them redoin some headlights, an a new rear bumper wit some lips an callin it a day

for the right price I would trade my car for something like this, newer/nicer version of my cobalt.

Because please, by all means let the rest of us in on the details. We don't even know if the car actually exists!

I'm saying if you already own the cobalt SS/TC why would you want another fwd chevy economy compact? I'm sure it would be nice for someone just getting into the sport compact field. But being newer does not make it "better". I just wouldn't go from my SS to that, it's been a solid car and a blast to have but I will not buy another sporty fwd car. Just my 2 cents. Why try to argue about my opinion... Like I said I love my SS, but fanboys will be fanboys.

You've said twice now that a Cruze SS would not be an upgrade over the Cobalt SS.
That's just ridiculous on so many levels and you know it.
The sarcasm went way over your head, sir.

Yeah no, you don't get to state things like they're facts and then claim immunity because it's "just your opinion"

It probably will be an upgrade from the cobalt because it has already been stated that the new cruze 4 doors are a big upgrade in terms of quality compared to the cobalt. So I would agree that it would be safe to assume that the quality of the cruze coupe or ss would be better than the cobalt ss. We will just have to see.

i was lamenting what i would do once the Cobalt got to 150k miles or so. i have a 2010 with just over 70k and its been a great car for me. i tell most people its the best daily driver ever produced. about the time this purported Cruze SS would be coming out for retail is about the time i figure i will have to seriously start thinking as to whther i am going to completely go through the SS/TC or try and find something close tenough to it in performance and economy. i really hope that a Cruze SS is produced and that performance wise it meets or exceeds the TC and if it does, i'd pay any price under $30k with out much thought
that said, i will still probably completely overhaul the SS/TC and buy a Cruze SS
