Its not a spectacular video, but its nice to see someone elses reaction who is non biased... the problem around here is that everyone is already a cobalt lover or has convinced themselves they want one... this video simply shoes the reaction of someone who hasnt driven it before, quickly goes over a couple cool features.

 

Most of the reviews out there for the TC outside of CobaltSS.net are not biased, except for the reviewers with a preconceived notion that a GM compact interior will be shitty.

Off topic but I uploaded the video thats #2 on streetfire.net for this week.

I didnt create that particular video but I have had my own video within the top 5. Within the next year I'll be putting some some nice vids, some even representing the cobalt so stay tuned.

 

I dunno, I drove my first SS/TC today.... I was not impressed. The car felt like it was severly lacking power. I'm thinking maybe becasue of the low milage (it was at a dealership), but it just wouldn't move once I got out of 1st gear. The RPD was indicating about 16psi, and the car just wasn't going anywhere. Either I'm spoiled, or there was something wrong with this car, but I didn't care for it.

Also, I heard coolant bubbling out of the turbo when I brought it back
You LNF guys better get a turbo timer.

 

how does the turbo timer work?

 

It keeps the car running after you get out, to let the car idle until the turbo cools down to a reasonable level.
