Well I order my 3" intake on JUNE 15th and still have not received it. I have phoned them numerous time and talked to josh and Sean, e-mailed them, PM'ed them... everything and they still wont ship my product. What do you guys figure I should do? Their company is horrible.... I posted this here because the intake is for an ss/sc and am wondering if anyone else is have the same problem?

Yeh I order it on June 15th and they said it was delayed cause they didn't have all the material and it has been thing after thing after thing. They were going to refund me then said no after organizing everything to do that. then they said it was shipped 6 weeks ago but couldn't provide me with a shipping number. I have phoned them and inquired and they say oh you up next and well 5 month later it still nothing.

Buddy of mine is waiting on his Stage 2 tune for about a week now. I would like to load this tune so the guy can enjoy his car. Would be interesting to see how quick it is compared to mine. Last time i was GM2 vs OTTP i lost. So looking for a rematch.

And another note, OTTP has really taken care of me since i started ordering parts from them and so has ZZP. Orders placed from these two vendors get me my product in less than 4 day each time.

Cancel the order. Go order a different 3". I have had similar problems with them.

If they try to charge you a re stocking or cancelation fee just do a charge back, you get all you money back that way.

^^^^ This. Found this to be the most effective way to get ahold of them. Bug them to no return.

Ha...Yea...good dudes but things fall through the cracks. I gave up on my sway bar (bought Oct of last year...) and bought form John direct. I have a "store credit" but no way to prove it and dont want to act like a dick about it.
Like others said. Blow up there phone and email until it gets fixed

And sorry, this whole locking a thread due to bashing a vendor is bullshit. If somebody is not doing there job or doing people wrong than the community has a right to know. Vendor should be responsible for there rep.

It just has to be kept clean and i agree it shouldn't be locked. Hopefully they read what their customers have to say in a non bashing matter and they will learn from it making them a better company.

hmm well I was looking at a long tube header from them, but as much as I want one......
well I want one, and after year or so of reading posts like this, I would be too afraid I would pay for it, and would never get it, and in my opinion I would rather go with something else then risk getting nothing.

But that's just my opinion and this thread has helped seal the deal so to say.

I do agree with an above post that a vendor should be responsible for there own rep.
If you do people wrong they are going to talk...they should talk so other people can make an educated decision as to whether or not they should do business with them.
