Keep the tune safe and should be pretty stout. I don't know about those numbers though... that's gonnna be a lot of cylinder pressure.........

Safe.. don't know the meaning of that word.

And people have been telling me that for the last 8 years with this car. Have proved them wrong consistently and plan on continuing doing that.

Lol. So you're saying that's not going to be a lot of cylinder pressure?

Oh it will be. I was talking about power.
But I was one of the first over 300. 350. 400 450 whp on a stock bottom end. Tuned and built a few 500+ whp stock bottom end cobalts. Think this motor will hold up just fine. And if it blows of well have my stock motor to throw back in. This is just something to hold me over til the trans am is done

Already went big turbo almost 7 years ago. Made it to 554whp before I cracked a sleeve.
And don't have that kinda money. Helps when you do most of the stuff yourself.
This was the old turbo setup on only 17 psi at 438 whp
9500 rpm turbo cobalt:

And we're gonna set advises car up with the 1900.

Unless you filled the block with concrete I'm a little unsure.... I mean hats off to you if it holds together. Honestly. But testicular fortitude has no correlation to block strength.

Well this is pretty cool. Good to see you back pushing things again.

My co-worker/friend has a F-body Camaro with a PT88 feeding his built and forged 6.0 on E85 with a TH400. Its a riot! Back on the stock LS1 bottom with H/C/E/175 shot it went 10.3 @131, and its considerably quicker now.

thanks didn't see much going on here (well there is a few decent builds at least) figured I'd give it a shot one more time. lets see how long this motor holds up lol.
and yeah the turbo v8 stuff is hilarious, my buddy has a twin turbo corvette thats absolutely terrifying on the street, I love it lol. Garage is all setup now for some winter work, can't wait to get back in there and get the two cars finished and on the road

Iirc it only happened once. Some sort of glitch. I wouldn't hve believed it until I saw the HPT mph vs rpm logs.

yeah it did sound good, that dyno vid is when the motor was only 4 days old, guy was supposed to let off at 8k and just stayed in it til I was waving him off. think it was at 152mph in 3rd gear lol

nah it made a bunch of pulls to 9000+ rpm, motor was balanced to 12k I blew out a sleeve trying to push for over 34psi (stock sleeves) was my fault on that one.
mind you this car was setup on pump gas and no meth back then
let go shifting 3 to 4 at 8800 rpm which was fun.
and the limit of 8192 is easily defeated, just you're only running off the last cell in every table above 8192rpm.

tune was no where near being close at that point, not enough people showed up to the dyno day so I threw my car to the wolves

I love how the RPM just sits maxed at 8192 on the scanner and the speed keeps climbing

hoping to have some time this sunday to drop the motor ans start soaking the car in degreaser. Shooting for next weekend to install the motor and nitrous, won't have the tvs for now as it's going back on advise's car, but m62 with a 2.6 pulley, overdrive balance and a **** ton of the spray should make the car enjoyable at least
