NICE! Love the hahn stuff, I am running the kit as well but with their turbo. TO all those hating on hahns pipes are so mislead. The full weight of the turbo kit is 60lbs, weighted it myself. The weight of the supercharger kit with m62 and all supporting parts weighs in at 100 lbs. Hahns kit is still lighter than the other guys slow supercharged car.

Great job man.

I am wanting to make about 400hp until the winter when I hope to build the engine and trans to support a hefty 500hp

if you do cams, really get the head breathing with a port job with a big exhaust you might squeeze out high 400's in our car when built. I want 500 whp next as well. Your turbo choice is interesting but I dont think our engine will get the 590 crank hp out of it. We are just too small in the CI area.

Yeah I kind of want to push this turbo to its wits end. I mean with cams, head pnp, pistons, sleeves, nbs or delete, and bigger fueling I would like to see what I could get out of her

i like the choice of turbo, really do. But when I can afford to move on from the 20g which i love btw, I am going to look at a pt58 or pt62, that way I can run lower boost and still make the power I am trying to achieve.

Yeah well if I figured it right your 20g moves about 47lbs a min at 22psi I think and my turbo should be around 47lbs a min at 18psi or so

I am dailying at 22 psi with very safe timing at 410whp. So you should get your 400 hp at about 18 psi, maybe. my head is CNC ported. exhausts make a big difference too, you want 400 you are going to have to go 3" all the way back.

love that manifold, get it and the hot side of the turbo powdercoated with ceramic. Its cheap and keeps the engine bay cooler.

My downpipe and o2 housing are separated, I see he welded those together on yours.

get a new sensor and if the bung is messed up run to a local machinist and for 5 bucks he can retap it. Or just buy yourself a tap and do it yourself not bad at all.

No it was my old header n it's already sold. So just get a new front o2 then drill n weld a bung for my wideband? Behind or in front of the flex pipe? Also what did you use to put around the threads on your oil line n return line

Do you mean when I tapped the pan? I used a 3/8 npt with a wide ID to -12 or -14 an Its plenty big, cant remember, but on the threads of my return line? I just used plumbers tape and snugged her down. Its very strong. I dropped the axle on it and id didnt even flinch, its thin metal on the oil pan so you probably should weld in a block and bung but a tap is just fine in my opinion. Its strong.

I have a good used bank 1 sensor 1 laying around if you need it. I bought one when I was tuning my car as a trouble shooting step, turned out to be the tune.

I forgot but I will look at the quote when I get home. But I got a great deal since I got my quote when they did the20 percent off sale. Bill Hahn n I had a few personal talks on parts of the build and so forth. They have an lsj there that they mocked all the parts on until he was satisfied. I must say Hahn racecraft has THE BEST customer service and did anything basically to keep me happy thru the whole process.

I paid 70 at the dealer for my new one. But this one is used and has about 77000 miles on it but I confirmed it was working to the same spec as the 70 dollar ac delco one. Make me an offer or if you have something to trade let me know what you got. I love car audio and anything for our engines. If not just make me a fair offer. I would rather hook a brother up on here anyway. But trades are always fun.
