window side louvers

Ok guys. Finals week is this week so afterwards I should be making my order for more materials and hopefully starting on the first set. I'll be doing style B for now. I'll update as soon as I start.

p.s. If you do not like the look or think its ricer, no one gives a shit. Write it down on a piece of paper then crumple it up and swallow it. Thank you.

Style B

What would be the point of inlets in those locations? Are you going to install ducting for better cooling of your rear breaks? Am I missing something. Or is just a 100% appearance mod?

If that is the case... ummm... I'll pass.

can I be honest with you? did ur mom drop you on ur head? do you really think anyone would ever install ducting etc. of course these are for appearance only don't be an ignorant ass. u don't need to post if u don't like them. I hav had numerous people ask me about making these so I don't want to hear bullshit like this. end rant. thank you.

I would actually like to see a style with several slits like on old Mustang Cobras I think they would look good.

I'm not sure it's something I would do to my car though.

What kind of freaking poll is this? No option for hell no I hate it? Sorry, not trying to be an ass but your not going to get a good feel on this inless you put some more options.

For example:
Option A
Option B
Don't like either <---------thats where my vote would stand. Just does not go with a cobalt.

Because he doesnt want 150 people telling him how stupid they think louvers are... he wants peoples input on which they prefer.... there is a large group of people that want to try louvers. I've seen it around.

I was trying to give you the benifit of the doubt. You showed a ms paint drawing then a reall inlet on a car that uses them. Or at least it LOOKS functional. While your at it why not add a type R badge to the car? Or Vtec tuned. Come on all of that is crap and we know it.

If your taste is to put a big sticker on your car for appearances I suppose more power to you. People do it with striping and other designs all the time. Personally it just seems very ummm not needed to me.

well some of us still want our cars to look good as well. I get into this all the time. otherwise, once again, there would be no window tint without an actual dr's note. there would be no flashy or colored rims... only 15 lbs steelies. there would be no halo's, projectors, headlight colors. your car would not have a lip kit, any body molding, or a spoiler that has no use. none of the guys on the site would have vertical doors, neons, LED tailights. No one would have a stereo or heated seats or an antenna. no colored vacuum hoses, color matched headlights, or tips to their exhaust systems....

none of us would have CobaltSS.net stickers either...

we ALL do something to our car to make it look nice. even if all you do is have the factory body/lip kit, spoiler and wash and wax
