Ya those were just made for the concepts, i believe they are one off, altho i have seen a ltz with wheels just like that, but without the cool "bolts" on each side of the spokes (on the lip)

They're kinda similar to the Millie Migilla's or whatever the heck they're called...Not sure if they come in our bolt pattern though.

 

Yeah, what your thinking of are Mllie Migellas. Theres a blue '04 Civic in my apt. complex that has them.
