im in the same boat as you guys. something on my passenger side always rattles. no joke, there are times when i can litterally push in all of the plastic pieces a little bit and even push downward on the dashboard to temporarilylessen the rattleing, but there is always that slight rattle from the passenger side no matter what....it drives me crazy....

the only reason i can explain this is that you get what you pay for...i guess if you want no rattling, you have to go spend 30,000 on a car.

Guys I have the same thing and I'm led to believe it's the garbage cabin blowers. It happens only when I have it on the '2' setting and at the same spot where everyone is saying. It just happens that the cabin blower is right there as well.

There have been a few threads pop up about these and no known fixes, because the dealer just replaces it with the same shitty blower again... and it WILL go out again.

Ya I have had my brand new car a little over a week and I already notice to the left of my steering wheel there is that little glove box thingy (where you push for the trunk to open) and behind that there is a little rattle that drives me insane.

I havent heard that rattle yet... the only thing that came close to something like that was my Intake Squeaking against something when the Torque Damper is bolted on. and thats mostly when its cold.

And what makes me mad is the car only had 9 miles when I bought it so it is new and I've had it for a little over a week and it has rattles in it.
