I am a united states marine, currently deployed. After post this morning, i called my local chevy dealership and orderd my cobalt SS. Imperial blue... best part i made sure they wernt gonna mount the front plate brakets. and the rear spoiler. can you say wingless balt from the dealer.

should be... "should be" there when i return state-side.

anyone else have one on the way?

Ya I am from Canada and I ordered my the other day and picked what i wanted on it and everything. THey said i should get it in 8 weeks so that would leave me to late April or May. Really excited hate the waiting part.

wont the hole for spoiler still be there... im pretty sure the dealer does not drill holes... but i wish i would of thought of that front plate ****

 

The spoilers are all factory installed. We have never had a car come in without a spoiler with holes in it. Though we have added spoilers to like HHR's and Aveos, but that is it

Congrats, as much as i dont want an LNF and think they ruined the ss/sc platform i might be joining you guys with one, either an ss/tc or a new 1 series twin turbo bmw when they come out in summer!

 

If you have the money the one series looks freakin sweet.

 

Ya it does man, but the LNF can handle a **** ton of nitrous and that can make one hell of a sleeper!

 

True True, so buy both the 1 series for DD and the cobalt ss/tc for sleeper totally debadged, that would be nice.

 

when i ordered the car i asked that same question over and over again with the sales rep... (which I have met before) he assured me that they infact install the spoilers from the factory... even after all of this I had him put a tech from the shop on the phone to assure me that was the case... he said the same thing... as well i asked again the date, and agin they said april 7th.

either way wing or no wing. i will be loving my SS t/c

 

im buying at the end of april i want the first batch of car to get sold and i wanna make sure it meet standards im also trying to mod it right off the lot since i got a crazy hookup at a local store
