I wouldn't put a bullet in there head thats to easy for the SOB's, I would torture them and god knows what... speaking of which last night I was at party city and these minivan parked hella close to me and I was like S$%T can you get any closer. So I'm starting to back out when I notice my drivers side rear view mirror was bent the other way and I was like holy S$%T so I inspect my whole drivers side and nothing else was wrong with it, and nothing was. So I flip my mirror back into place and while I was taking off I scratched the S$%T out of that van cuz it had to be them. and if it wasn't them oh well they shouldn't be parked that close in the first place.

Any time I park in a lot , when I leave if somebosy is parked close I inspect my car. I used to have a 2 door blazer, and one day some person parked close to me and when they got out the dinged my passenger side( enough to chip some paint). And I know it was them cause when I went in there was no one on either side of me and I was only gone for 5 minutess. SO, I did a few things to his car <-with my keys. Some people just dont care anymore, thats why I now care an old baseball bat in the car just for these cases.

if u file a claim with your insurance, your premiums are most likely going to go up, but if its not bad damage f his car up.

dude if its a military base try to ask around and get Base Ops. involved. they have rediculous amounts of cameras so their is a really good chance they got it on tape.

I get jacked when it comes to this kind of stuff as well. One time at Walmart, I walked out to see a nice blue streak on my white car, and a blue Civic sitting next to me, I proceeded to build a fence of shopping carts around the *****'s car, then I bashed his windsheild in with a baseball bat. Sure this was over kill but a new car is a new car. They had no respect for me, so I had no respect for them. :-)

Surely the moron that hit your car was at least smart enough not to park next to it afterwards. Are you really sure it was the same car? Or just an innocent car that parked there afterwards that just happened to be blue too?

are you in the military as well? if so you should know what to do. retaliating is only going to get you in trouble. **** like that stays on your record and can haunt you. report it to the cops if you havent already.

If you live on a Military base i think that the post may cover damages caused by others when its parked. I saw a guy who got all of his tires slashed and the post/army replaced them. This was at Ft. Irwin CA.

Negative, Ghostrider.

Something like this is what an insurance comapny calls a Comprehensive Loss. AKA you had no control over what happened, you are not held liable for it happening, and your premiums will not fluctuate. Some swinging **** tried to break into my 2002 Cavaler Z24 by punching out my passenger side key insert, but they didn't get in. Instead, they mangled my door, which ultimately had to be replaced. The catch is, you get to pay the deductible unless you catch the MFer that caused the damage. I would definitely try the camera suggestion, might keep that wallet thick enough for upgrades.

OUTSTANDING!!! Effin' GREAT! You know they deserved it for two reasons:
Being stupid, careless and inconsiderate drivers and being too stupid to park somewhere else once they did it.

Back when I was young and ornery, somebody parked way too close to my beat up old pickup truck in a Kmart parking lot. So close I could open my door only 4" or so. I had to get in on the passenger side and climb over my gearshift to get in the driver seat. Once I got situated, I took the door of my beat up old truck and rammed it into the side of their car as hard as I could 4 or 5 times leaving a good 6" crease and a green stripe in a fairly new Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham.

I am so damn paraniod about my cars. Usualy whenever i go somewhere other then work, i always have someone else in my car. I park out, and make them stay in my car... And if the car does go unattended while i shop.. I always look it over... always. If anything is wrong, lets say the car next to me if going to get F'ed up, weather they did it or not...

People are inconsiderate jelous B1tchs.

Thats just like when I got my car, I parked it in an area that I normally park, and went with a friend to get something to eat.. Came back and there was a crease on my passenger door.. 'They were trying to set my alarm off'.. If I could figure out which one did it, I'd send my insurance company after them.

Now i park like mass-holes and take up two parking spots but it the WAY back away from everyone.
