70 Hrs of Detailing

Took a week to relax and took care of all of our toys, it took me about 70 man hours to detail everything, the trailer was a project all alone, I had to wash it, then using the buffer machine with spot remover after with light cut compound, pre wax and finally wax, the truck and the car were much easier

Enjoy

I'm still searching for a way to stop those black streaks that come from the top down into the sides, I been told to apply a coat of clear coat to the top trim of the trailer, If we can come up with a product to stop them or even remove them easy we can make some serious money, I did try 8 different products that claim they could do the job, all of them fail to do so.

Any ideas are welcome even us need help from time to time

My brother used to have a freight business, reasonably big trucks 30mtrs long, always immaculate white, with blue signwriting. Anyway, they were washed 2 - 3 times a week, waxed every 2 months, roof too, I think that's the key. He never had any issues with muck finding it's way down the sides.

well thats great if you have the time to wash and wasx a trailer often, but I think what would really help is having the trailer cleared, the trailer maufacturer sprays the trailer with single stage paint, so every thig will stain it, if the paint was base coat clear coat, the clear would keep the paint from staining so quickly

I don't disagree about the clear coat at all. Consider the surface area of the roof of a truck or trailer, it's a very large catchment area, if it's cleaned periodically it should help to resolve the issue. These trucks I'm referring to in my previous post were usually covering 700-1000kms a day, longer distance on linehaul. Imagine the road grime from that sort of distance, eeks especially in bad weather in Winter.
