So, every one knows that a CAI gives you that awesome whine, I was just curious is there any CAI that gives you more whine? Like Injen? K&N? or the JBP one? Because I want to buy a CAI soon but want the most whine I can get.

 

They are ALL the same as far as volume.

You have to think... each intake is just a pipe connected to the supercharger.... The supercharger is what makes the sound.

To make it really loud, you could just run with no intake at all and have pure supercharger! hahaha.

 

Drill a big fat hole in your Firewall and run the CAI in the car so the filter is sitting in your crotch...

What if you ran a pipe from the header strait into the intake track. Common sense says your gonna "F Sumptin up" but I woudl be curious to what teh supercharger would sound like having air rammed into it hehe.

It may be similar to Water injection. Just have a hose under your steering wheel and when your racing that SRT-4 and get overly excited, you gaint a 20-40 HP boost (depends person to person)

Yeah but it's a one time use. It takes about an hour to 2 hours to recharge before you could use it agian. I'd wait a full day for maximum performance.
