I order something from you guys for the first time and I havent recieved anything from you guys, not even a email. I have tried calling you for the past 3 days and nobody has picked up the phone. I have left a message. I have heard you are one of the best companies to deal with from many people and that is why I chose you. I also plan on ordering alot more stuff from your company if this all get figured out. It is just disappointing that I havent heard from you or recieved my item. I hope you read this or something. Are you on vacation???

wow i had a little trouble contacting them about my hood, but the deal came through fine. they are a good company so i wouldnt worry.

 

same thing with me.....i order a hood, trunk lid and spoiler about 3-4 weeks ago...i just now got a response but still dont know what is going on with my parts.

 

i know jim was sick , when i talked to him the other day , and he was there at 8pm cali time trying to catch up on some stuff

when you call keep in mind he is in california , and i think its best to catch someone around 10-11 am
