alright so i was installing my header/dp tonight (zzp) and i just finished (after 4 hrs!) but when i start it i get this

nothing, finger prints

let it run for a while (with the hood open). it's a combo of oils from the making of the parts, from your fingers, wd-40, etc. let it burn off and it should stop. absolutely nothing to worry about. will probably stink like ass for a while too. but it's normal. rev the car a lil, THEN watch the smoke come out :lol:

yes. it's 100% normal. it will go away after you let the car run, and you drive it for a while. it's just everything burning off.

good to go. for me, the smoke cleared in about 20 minutes of idle/driving. the smell lasted for a while though. but it will go away. enjoy your new power!

where I work, that happens to our turbines on our helos. After we get done working on them its the same thing, a combo of oil from your hand and wd-40 and other stuff we use. sometimes guys jump when we spin one up and then realize what it is.
