Faulty clutch cyl from factory???

Oops So me and the fiance where on the way to the theatre when my clutch made some foul pop, at the same time sticking to the floor. After kicking it repeatedly to get it back to position i realized something wasnt right. You could push the clutch down to the floor with your finger and no effort, naturally not engaging in gear it was towed. This was the outcome:

After getting the car back it was like a whole new car, the clutch felt completely different before it seemed loose and worn, now its got some feel to it, so they figure the part may have been damaged from new and it finally gave out......who knew

It sure could have been a faulty clutch part from the factory.

I just got a completely new clutch installed in my low miles SC last week UNDER WARRANTY.
