Exclamation Anyone have an upper radiator hose for 2.0?

I'm looking for an upper radiator hose for the 2.0
The one that has the mesh cover that surrounds it. It's the only thing holding up my car right now. The first person that gets me a radiator hose can sleep with my sister. lol
Seriously though it would mean the world me at this point.

I have tried all the dealerships, Crate Engine Depot, you name it.....nothing.

Edit, Part # 15247280

I would call them first to make sure, since it doesn't specify what model SS, but I'm guessing the 2.2L and 2.4L are the same. Since this only lists SS and not any other models, my guess is its the right one.

Thanks bro. Yeah that one is for the 2.2/2.4's
The 2.0 hose is rediculously hard to find. Who would have thought?

Hey Beck. You are going to be waiting a while bro. They can be ordered at the dealerships but GM isn't sending anymore out untill June.

i lied i dont. but if you get the part number just order it from gmpartsdirect.com

I've had the dealership give me the bullshit "yea they're not making them right now and there's none avalible at any dealership in the U.S." then i ordered what i needed from gmparts direct and got it like a week later lol.

I haven't heard of a clear one. Do you have a link? I can't believe it has come down to a hose. This is crazy.

its best not to contact them for parts number, just get a VIN from a SS/SC and call up a dealership saying you want the part number for the upper radiator hose.

the clear radiator hoses are made from glass and tracks wont let you have glass in your engine compartment.

you can always go to kragen and just find a hose that will work. you dont need the ss/sc one, just an extended hose.

I can't run the car without the hose so I can't run out and test fit hoses. My mechanic won't do it either. My car is an hour away from me so in the end it comes down to finding the actual hose. Thank you so much.

I might have to but I wanted to see if someone had one. It would save me 2 hours of driving.

not sure if that's a good idea. the bends would be pretty sharp, and you might effect the coolant flow.

btw who's doin the install?

Thank you very much for the glass idea guys. I'll look into that right now.
