theyre kind of idiots though. In their eyes a Nova running 9's is considered rice if it doesnt have an expensive as paint job to compliment it...

The Delta bodies are only considered rice if someone chooses to make it so. If you put a Hahn on it, then no. But if you toss a fake BOV on, then yes.
