Rear window vinyl

Do you'll think it would look clean and good if I got a black vinyl strip to cover up the bad tint where the dots are on the rear window...i was thinking a black vinyl strip and red lettering to say SUPERCHARGED or COBALT SS..?

When I had my tint done, I had a strip of black vinyl cover those stupid dots and the tint go up to it. It looks great.

Same here. I have black vinyl strip across my back window where the dot matrix is and it looks great. Not sure if it would writing on but I haven't seen that yet so it may look ok.

If they did it on the inside they would bump the tint right up against it. It wouldnt go over the tint. My tint goes right below the dot matrix and the vinyl goes a hair past to cover the tint line

Okay, here is a pic of it on the inside. Personally, I don't know how it would look on the outside. Kinda funky, I would think...
