B&M or HURST Short Throws
The cobalt is auto, but from information from GTO boards.... B&M=crap, they were breaking left and right.
Me, personally I have a Lou's short stick, don't know about Cobalts. If you guys could convince them to produce one its a great $50 mod and makes 100% difference.

wishing I would have went with the hurst, the b&m feels loose while in the gears and sometimes hard to find gears with. my friend has the hurst and he loves it, i drove his and love it too. only problem he has is its somewhat loose like mine and sometimes doesnt need to lift the reverse lockout due to it being broken or something lol. His feels better too, easier shifting.
He needs to adjust the reverse lockout then.
If you guys look in the how-to section theres a thread about the hurst, and a little further on they talk about adjusting the in-gear play of the stick and the reverse lockout.

Hurst, feels great, looks great, works great!
the only thing I did not like is 5th gear changes, its not near as far over to the right. it was weird to get used to for a while.. but its like second nature now.. But that happens when you shorten the throw

Not that the B&M wouldn't do that, but I would actually like that because The passanger can sometimes have their leg in the way this way it won't hit them.
