Is this safe to run with the gm stage 2 tune and through the intake before the blower? I cant get tuned for a while so ill have to depend on the gm stage 2 for a while untill i can get another 500 for a tune!

it is designed to convert your windsheild washer tank into your meth tank... this is the way most people do it, the way im doing it;)

Install is easy. Power, ground, vac source, nozzle location, tank, connect the dots. It's actually one of the easier bolt on mods. The gains are very noticable, but you will need to get tuned for it.

You can drive as far as you want, just stay out of boost. Even if you do go into boost to the point where you spray, you'll just go rich. That's not a great thing, but better than going lean. :lol:

Stage 2 is progressive, so that you can adjust the flow from the point where it starts flowing to the point where it is fully sprating. Stage 1 is on or off - no progressive.

So you just set Stage 1 to kick in at like 10psi or something and it just goes? Whereas Stage 2 you can adjust it so it eases into fully spraying?

Just mounting position, once the lines are primed with fluid it's going to get to the nozzle in the same amount of time.

I believe both do, but just FYI, you can get stage 1 fender mount with no tank and you can tap your windshield washer fluid tank. It's space effective and works just as well.. it's what I did :)

Okay, so, here's Methanol Injection for Dumbies.


The Methanol, in my system, Comes through this small line tapped into the windshield washer reservoir.

Other than the wiring, the only other thing you have to do is tee off a vacuum source, so the pump will come on at X amount of boost.

It's reallly reallllly not hard. If you can put on a CAI you should be able to put on methanol, IMO.

Absolutely. You can position it which ever way you prefer. Things to think about are which way is more accessible for making refills. Which way you plan on running the lines and passing through the floor. And of course, which way looks the coolest. :)
