then my mechanic said it needed stripes.....and i said it has to be all black. so i thought why not gloss black on the flat black

Everytime I mod the Balt I put the vendor or product sticker on the back windshield. pretty damn funny

that's awesome man. i might make my uncle another offer on his 92 S10. it's a 5spd with the 4.3L V6. the thing is very nice, black with some chrome accents. i'd love to have this truck cause it was my grandfather's before he passed. he actually has an extra S10 for parts that has those Camaro wheels on them, he said i can swap them if i wanted and i want to.

 

I've always liked the look of an S-10 with the old Camaro wheels.

 

i always have loved old body s-10s I have owned a few.....miss em everytime i get rid of them.

yea i really want this truck, it'll get 20+ mpg (if driven right), it is still in decent shape, the only real downfall to the truck is the interior needs to be redone but with my connections..... that'll be cheap to change that. i am going to talk to my dad and then go to my uncle with another offer. it has 178k miles it KBB'd for 960. i honestly think it's under KBB and with a possible family hook up i offered him 750. he said no and said that he has 1200 into the truck. he bought it over 4 years ago for 1000 and 200 for a new tranny.

Nice S-10. I want a beater truck.....I just can't afford one right now. Ill get a nice raise this August and then my insurance drops a ton in April '09 when everything clears off my record.....so maybe then ill look into getting some kinda beater.
