Best i can say is do NOT go to Chevy 73, they screw ppl over bad (myself included) and have been shut down a few times for it... go to your dealer and let them know that another dealer has it, if they want your business, they'll get it from that dealer for you... as for the one in Barlow... i have my dealer (that was taking WAY too long to order my car) trade for that one. I live in Browns Mills, so not too far from you. But there are pages and pages of dealers that have the car around us...

I have family that works at a dealer (none chevy though, obv. or i'd be buying from them) but i get a lot of dirt on some dealers... PM me with the options and colors you want, and i'll help ya find the car you're looking for!

I live in Mays Landing as well, work in Turnersville and bought MY Cobalt at 73, instead of at my own dealer.
73 has a bad rep, as does EVERY other Chevy dealer in South Jersey. Bennett, 73, Perry-Egan, Spirit, South Shore, RK, Pellegrino, ALL of them. Theyve ALL screwed somebody, they ALL used to overcharge for plates and titles, they ALL have pissed people off with misleading ads or prices and most of them have messed around with not paying off trades. With that said....

Go to 73 on a weekday afternoon or evening, or REALLY early Saturday. Do your homework, know what rebates if any you qualify for, know what the invoice price of the car you want is, know your credit score and figure out a ballpark APR for the loan youll qualify for. Go in, drive the car, and tell them how much you want to pay for it or what you want your monthly payment to be. If youve got at least a $1,000 with you(debit card is ok) and you are reasonable(not asking for $250/month payments) you WILL get the car at the price you want, you just need to be prepared to tell them exactly what you want. If you can do those things, youll be very happy with 73 as a place to buy a car(not for service, bring over to Tville and see me.) and youll be in and out of the finance managers ofice with your new car in under 15 minutes.

This is true, but one of the down sides of this is that they may go a long way to get the car. Mine came from a dealership in south carolina - and they DROVE it back here, so when I picked it up it already had almost 300 miles on it. Its the price you pay for wanting it quickly, though. So unfortunately I can almost bet on my car having been beat on (mpg said 18mpg) and driven for a long distance at a steady speed (exacltly what you are NOT supposed to do during break in). I did 500 miles of proper break in before I started having fun, though so hopefully it will be ok.
