Will these Fit???

This is my first post and i want to know if 17 in rims will fit on my car. Most everybody here has a ss, i dont, i have a base (it was all i could aford at the time). Anyway so my question is will 17 in rims with 205/50R-17 tires fit on an 05 cobalt base model. I did some meserments and it looks like it will fit with a 1/4 in to spare but i want to know if any one out there has done this.

17s, even 18s, just be sure to get the proper offset as always.

The lug pattern is different for the base models and the NEW LT, SS/SC and SS/NA.

So if they are from another of the higher model Cobalts no.

But the SS/NA comes with 17 in rims with 205/50/17 tires size.
