YIKES! :eek: When did this happen? Is he ok? How bad was the accident? If its the other guy's fault make sure they set you up in a rental ASAP. Good luck with everything, feel free to contact me. I've had to deal with stupid insurance companies just enough to know how not to let them screw you over. Oh and take it to the dealer so they can fix it right.

from what i gathered on the phone, it was wet and he was being too rough and it slid into the curb

he said no body damage but that the tierod or axle was busted

his fault but doesnt sound too bad, i still sypathize, it sux when u wreack a new car
